below are the schedules for the holidays.

choir memo 03/07

1. leaders for 2008
2. regent open house (23, 24 nov)

1. all sec 3s will be promoted to leadership positions. please list your strengths and area of interest/service for 2008.

2. regent open house
day 1 (9 am - 3 pm) - booth: mr liu and mrs choo
items:
tables - lien ching
photo albums - jia li
cds - saw chiu
concert gear display - agatha
list of activities/achievements - madeline
roster/schedule - agatha

day 2 (9 am - 1 pm) booth and performance: ms tay and mrs choo
performance times: 11 am and 12 pm
programme: 3 songs each
- you'll never walk alone
- on eagles wings
- unpainted canvas

3. songs: unpainted canvas; i can; as long as i have music
time: mid november (wk3)

4. holiday training: every monday and wednesday (10 am -12 pm)
choir would be on for the whole november.
pls be puntual and pls attend, attendance would be marked and would reflect on cca points during term 1 ' 08.
pls refer to ask and learn message board for updates or seek help from the general office
as ms tay is on stand by for exam duties and may not be able to train you at the last minute.

sec 3 would be excused for the extended week.

5. agatha and lien ching will send the sec 4s' portfolio for binding. to be presented to them in mid november.

6. we will be doing a new t-shirt design. do up a design you like for the choir t-shirt and submit asap to ms tay. if there are no new suitable designs, we will be producing t-shirts with the old design.
