Dear Choir,

We hope to see better behaviour of all choir members.
Also, we hope that our attendance would improve and there will be no more late comings.
We have some new policies with regards to constant late coming and disruptive behaviours during choir practices.
We notice that recently there are many late comers with no valid reasons, hence we have decided to fine these members.
The fine will be that if you're late for more than 10 mins without any documents of absence or valid reasons, you would be fine 50 cents.
The accumulative minutes that you are late would also be recorded in the attendance marksheet and dealt accordingly as reflected in your cca points.
So, please be puntual.
And also, we noticed many members like to use their handphones during choir practices.
We hope to see our members concentrating on the practice and not multi-tasking. It is not only disruptive to other members, but also to the person who is trying to speak, address or teach infront (eg. Chairperson, Vice-chairperson, Ms Tay, SLs). The policy would be safekeeping your phones with our Secretary/Managers/Vice-chairperson until the practice is over. This policy would start next Wednesday. If we see improvements on the following Monday, we might consider dropping this policy but as soon as we see this disruption occuring again, we would start the policy with no hesitation or chances given.
Please understand our reasons for doing all this.
We really do not wish to do this, so we hope all unruly behaviours and attitudes that some members show to the choir would halt.

ps: Voting of choir logo will commence on next Monday after choir practice for the benefit of members whom do not have internet access or find it troublesome to vote in the blog.
Votes will be calculated together with the blog's vote and the logo with the highest number of votes would be officially on the choir-tee. We apologise that we had been dragging this on for so long.
